Return and Repair Policy

All items excluding Sale items are returnable for exchange, and or on-line store credit within 5 business days of receipt.

All items purchased on Sale , with a promo-code, or during a promotion special are considered Final Sale .
No credit, exchanges, or refunds. All Items On Sale are Final Sales.

For Returns for on-line Store Credit:

Kara Ackerman Designs will accept items for exchange or store credit within 5 days of receiving shipment. The item must be returned in new and original condition. Exchanges will be subject to outbound shipping charges. We cannot refund shipping charges on returned items. Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value.

Please include original K.A.D receipt and reason for return, your credit memo will be sent via email with a credit code for the total purchase price of the item, excluding shipping to be used on-line.

Once received please allow 7-10 business days for the Return to be processed.
* If a remaining balance is due to Kara Ackerman Designs the customer will be contacted accordingly to attain payment information.

Repair Policy:

We will repair any design purchased through karaackerman.com. Customers will be given an estimate for repair fees upon inquiry. Items purchased through other retailers must be returned with receipt as proof of purchase. *Receipt must include: Kara Ackerman Description Store Name & Date
